1. Using the Service

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with it.
• Some rental options and rates may be subject to availability.

2. Booking, Contracting, and Confirmations

If car rental is sold or contracted online (a distance contract), the Service presents mandatory pre-contract consumer information and disclosures in a clear form before you complete the booking. This includes references to: Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” № 1023-XII (від 12.05.1991) — Стаття 17, and Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” № 1023-XII (від 12.05.1991) — Стаття 13.

For electronic contracts, the Service ensures required identification/contract information is provided and that confirmations (for example, order confirmation) contain legally required elements, including: Закон України “Про електронну комерцію” № 675-VIII (від 03.09.2015) — Стаття 8, and Закон України “Про електронну комерцію” № 675-VIII (від 03.09.2015) — Стаття 4.

3. Price, Fees, Deposits, Insurance, and Rental Conditions

Rental price, fees, deposits, insurance options, driver/age requirements, mileage and/or fuel policy, and any additional charges are shown during the booking/inquiry process. The applicable rental terms are those presented at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation.

If any option is not available at the time of confirmation, we may offer a substitute option where possible.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the selected rental offer and are displayed in the pre-contract information and rental conditions provided to you before you complete the booking. Where applicable, we will apply the cancellation rules shown for your booking.

5. Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes (ADR)

Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court in accordance with the consumer-protection framework. For this purpose, we provide the consumer-dispute settlement information as required by law, including references to: Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” № 1023-XII (від 12.05.1991) — Стаття 13.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

If the Service processes personal data (including via cookies/trackers), we provide the required privacy disclosures and comply with applicable Ukraine personal data protection requirements, including: Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” № 2297-VI (від 01.06.2010).

7. Advertising Accuracy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, certmatrixnet.com and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.
